Solace Beeswax Candles is an environmentally conscious Canadian company. It provides its valued customers with handmade beeswax candles made from 100% pure Canadian cappings beeswax. Please review the following information before making your purchase.
Payments and Processing:
All Prices and Payments are in Canadian Funds only.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Our highly secure online store currently accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Offline orders, including wholesale purchases, may be placed via email at info@solacebeeswax.com or by phone: 519.897.1561. Payments can be made with a certified check or money order made payable to Solace Beeswax Candles.
We do not ship COD (cash on delivery).
Most orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. Larger orders may take longer due to the fact all our beeswax candles are handmade.
Please contact us if you wish to place an order outside of North America.
Shipping Information:
All Shipping is done via Canada Post Expedited.
Canada: please allow 1-5 business days for delivery.
USA: please allow 5-8 business days for delivery.
A copy of your final invoice indicating total charges, tracking number(s), will be sent via e-mail when your order is shipped.
Shipping Costs:
Due to the proportionately high shipping costs on smaller orders, Solace Beeswax Candles feels it is in the interest of both parties to offer only a flat shipping rate.
Canada:
- Order under $50 = $11.95
- Orders $50-$99.99 = $14.95
- Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more.
USA:
- Orders under $150 = $24.95
- Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Order totals are calculated before taxes are applied.
*All orders up to $100 come with free shipping insurance (coverage up to $100). Additional shipping insurance can be purchased for $1.50 for every $100 of insurance (Maximum of $5000 in Canada and $1000 in USA). For example, to fully insure an order of $300 it will cost an additional $3.00.
Damaged Merchandise: Return Policy
Our staff takes great care in packing all orders; however, should your order arrive with obvious damage due to shipping, return it to us within 5 business days of receipt in its original, unused condition and we will replace the item(s) or refund the price of the item(s).
We regret that we cannot extend refunds to cover the cost of shipping on either delivery or returns, unless you have elected to fully insure your order. Refunds will be extended once our claim with Canada Post has been settled.
A damaged order cannot be returned until a return order number has been obtained. Email us at info@solacebeeswax.com to obtain a return number.
